Multiplayer Minecraft
Minecraft was made to be multiplayer, so it's very easy to connect with friends. You will have four choices: 1. LAN: LAN stands for Local Area Network. To use LAN, you won't have to be signed in, but you will need to be connected to the same WiFi as the friend you are playing with. Just select the friends tab and you will see any LAN games people are playing. Click to join. 2. Realms: You will have to be signed in to use Realms. Realms is a subscription that is $8 a month. The subscription includes: Cloud storage for you worlds, 50+ free marketplace packs, and one world of your choice to be a mini server, enabling up to 10 friends to see and join your world at all times, even when you are not online! There is also a $4 version, with a mini server allowing you plus 2 friends to play on, visible at all times. 3. Servers: You will need to be signed in to play on servers. Servers are massive worlds that a looooooooooooooot of people play on. They most often are mini-game servers...
