The food of Minecraft

In Minecraft you have to keep your hunger bar from going down too far or you'll take some damage, and we don't want that! (This only happens in survival and adventure mode.) The first thing you need to know is about your hunger bar. Your hunger bar is composed of ten shanks, but each "food point" is half a shank. Here's a shortened list of the food in Minecraft and the food points they give: apple (4), beetroot (2), bread (4), carrot (2), cookie (2), melon (2), potato (2), pumpkin pie (4), and tropical fish (2). Tell you more next time!

Pokemon!

Today I'm gonna talk about Pokémon. Pokémon are creatures that can look like just about anything. Now, I don't mean that they can transform in to anything (although there is a Pokémon that can do that), I mean that they can LOOK like anything. Basically, you wanna make up a Pokémon that looks like a pineapple? Totally. A Pokémon that looks like, I dunno, a bucket? Sure, why not? Pokémon have 18 different types that they could be: fire, grass, water, electric, rock, ice, steel, ground, dark, psychic, bug, fairy, poison, dragon, ghost, fighting, flying and normal. A Pokémon CAN be two different types. Each Pokémon has a category. Some Pokémon can evolve into a stronger form, but some can't. For example, Pikachu is a electric type and is really cute, just saying. It's the electric mouse Pokémon, so it belongs to the mouse category. It's the evolved form of Pichu, the tiny mouse Pokémon. I collect Pokémon trading cards, and I have like 270, counting the deck I have....

The End City

So, at least some of you must have heard about the End, right? You know, huge obsidian pillars, about a million endermen, the Ender Dragon. But do you know about end cities? Now, end cities are hard to describe, but I'll try my best. They have a tall shaft and a random number of branches going outward. Now make it light purple and a bland yellow and you've got a pretty good picture of one. They are on the outer islands. The outer islands are a ring of islands a thousand blocks out from the main island.  Anyway, someone and I were out on the outer islands when I found it. It is the biggest end city I have seen! Gigantic! It's so cool in there. It's awesome to find one, no matter the size.

What mode to play?

Now, I'm sure you guys have seen that there are different modes you can play in. These modes are Survival, Creative, Adventure, and Spectator. But is there a best mode to play in? That totally depends on what you're going to do. As the name says, in Survival  you have to, well, survive a lot of stuff, so it is good if you want to have some excitement. In Creative you can fly and have access to (almost) every thing in Minecraft, so it's good for making Awesome Creations. In Adventure you can't break blocks, but you can still open doors and eat, so it's good to use after making something in Creative that you don't want people to destroy. In Spectator mode you can fly through blocks and when you click on a mob you see the world like it does! So, the point is it's up to you what mode you play in!

Minecraft animals

There are many different animals, or "mobs" (short for mobiles) in Minecraft, and more to come. But there are some animals that I think are worth getting added to it permanently. Such as tigers! I. Love. Tigers. But I love (almost) all animals, so I guess I want EVERY animal to added. But, just saying, some Minecraft mobs can drive you nuts. For example parrots. I once tamed one and it would sit on my shoulder, which was cute until it started squawking in my ear. ANNOYING!

First post!

Hi everyone! My name's Alyssa and I'm very excited to start blogging! On this blog I'm going to tell you some things about the latest update on Minecraft, such as Wandering travelers, Composters, and Cartography tables. BUT I will talk about some other things as well. Also, I play on the pocket version of Minecraft, so the controls might be a little different for you than they are for me. And if you are confused about something, tell me about it and maybe I can figure it out for you. Thanks for reading!
